Strategic, Positive, and a Little Bit Crazy: Why Your Talents Are Your Business Superpowers 🌟
From Mad to Genius: My Strengths (and the messy desk that comes with them)
I wanted to share my top 5 Gallup strengths with you— these are my 5 main SUPERPOWERS!
As someone on a mission to bridge the gap between business and spirituality, POSITIVITY isn’t just a vibe—it’s a reliable strength. I’m here to find the silver lining in any situation, walk with you through the highs and lows of your business, and share the lessons I’ve learned from my own “oops” moments. Because, let’s be real...
To fail just means you were brave enough to try. So, keep trying. Even Einstein went through 999 experiments before he finally got the lightbulb to glow.
When I took the Gallup test, my coach Elisa explained that most managers would kill for my Top 2 STRATEGIC strengths. Some even get a bit salty when “Strategic” isn’t in their Top 5, because it means they have to work a lot harder to see the big picture. Being a “Strategic” person means I’m constantly predicting scenarios and analyzing solutions before they’ve even happened (and, let’s be honest, most of them never do...).
I’d love to hear about your 'worst-case scenarios' that—thankfully—never actually happened, leave a comment :)
This is my life, guys. It’s like a “Choose Your Own Adventure” book. I picture so many options for every single thing that happens that I literally collapse from overthinking. So, while it’s a superpower, if I don’t use it consciously, it’s a one-way ticket to anxiety and burnout.
Then there’s INDIVIDUALIZATION. I never thought of this as a “talent”—just like I didn’t realize being positive was a skill until I saw how it shaped me. Individualization means I’m really good at spotting people’s unique gifts. It turns out I’m a bit of a human puzzle-master: I love mixing people with different talents to create teams that are not only productive but actually kind to one another.
In 4th place, I have DEVELOPER, and I absolutely love it because it’s a feeling I carry deep inside. It’s the ability to make people feel truly seen, identifying where they can grow and helping them smash their goals. When I decided to get certified in Coaching, Emotional Intelligence, and NLP, it was for exactly that: to help people holistically. When someone reaches their objective under my guidance, I can literally feel my heart expanding.
Last but definitely not least: IDEATION. Oh boy... I used to think I should be less “extra,” less loud, because my crazy ideas seemed to bother people. But it turns out it’s a strength! I can come up with the wildest s*** to solve a problem. You know what they say—there’s a fine line between madman and genius. I do have to keep my feet on the ground and check the room before I let myself “fly,” but what is the world for, if not for the crazy ones? In my defense, this talent allows me to provide the ultimate brainstorming list. Combined with my strategic and positive traits, it’s my secret weapon for finding the best possible outcome.
Of course, these are my talents... but we’ve already talked about what happens when they get out of balance.
If I’m being honest about my weaknesses, I’d start with IMPATIENCE. If an idea makes sense in my head, it should have happened yesterday. If not, I get anxious or—worst of all—bored. I’m working on it. Then there’s CONSISTENCY... or the lack of it. I’m not sure if it’s a true weakness yet or just “start-up chaos,” but I haven’t quite nailed the routine. I’ll give you my final verdict in a few months.
And finally? I’m MESSY. My desk is a graveyard of papers, colorful pens, tangled cables, coffee mugs, and tissues... but it doesn’t bother me! I only tidy up if I think someone is looking. However, I have to admit that training my “orderly” muscles at home has helped me bring more stability to my business. So... work in progress! 🙂
Now, over to you:
Do you know what your talents are?
Have you ever actually sat down to think about them?
Are you currently in a job or project where you’re actually using your
strengths?
If you want to stop guessing and start knowing, send me a message. I’ll be pleased of helping you find them 💕
